2. Manage to contact customers via email

3. Able to download softwares or digital products from the internet, using any applications such 'OrbitDownloader, Flashget or what ever it is that is install in your computer.

4. Able to extract files from the downloaded files using winzip or winrar or what ever it, that having similar function.

5. Able to upload files to server( Our website)

6. Able to use microsoft word document(writing articles), notepad(saving Url), (Powerpoint(teaching tool), Frontpage/kompozer(website building), Paint software and Adobe photoshop(building web materials). It means that all the softwares stated should be install in your computer. Normally all the current computers have already setup with all these softwares. If in case ,they are not install, you've to do that on your own. You can install from  the internet or buy the CD that contain the required softwares from the CD store in your area.

Those are the preknowledges that you need to know, before starting internet business online, teaching students via internet.
